- ## Your calendar meetings now record themselves
- With auto-start enabled (Settings → General, on by default), Pandecho begins recording when a scheduled meeting starts, even if the app is in the background. A prominent toast lets you keep or discard the recording with one click, and stopping discards it entirely.
- ## Also
- Hardened transcription against edge-case audio input.
- macOS (Apple Silicon) + Windows.
Version 0.1.24
2026-07-19
- Housekeeping release: refreshed About page, plus all of 0.1.23's performance and reliability improvements for anyone updating from earlier versions.
- macOS (Apple Silicon) + Windows.
Version 0.1.23
2026-07-17
- ## Faster everywhere
- **Snappier transcripts** — long meeting transcripts render and scroll much more smoothly.
- **Faster startup** — the notes sidebar appears quicker on launch.
- **Faster note opening** — opening a note no longer waits on background work.
- ## Fixes
- Local AI recovers automatically if its background process crashes.
- The "Are you in a meeting?" prompt now has a visible dismiss button.
- Webhook URLs are validated, and deliveries retry on network blips.
- Accessibility: the New Folder dialog is properly described for screen readers.
- macOS (Apple Silicon) + Windows.
Version 0.1.22
2026-07-09
- ## Webhooks in the app
- Set up outgoing webhooks without touching the terminal — **Settings → Automation → Webhooks**. Paste a URL and Pandecho will POST every finished meeting (summary, notes, and action items) to it, so you can wire meetings into Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint to auto-create tasks, send Slack messages, and more.
- Add / list / delete webhooks right from Settings
- Hooks you add in the UI work identically to ones added via the CLI or MCP
- ## Under the hood
- Quieter error reporting (filtered noisy ONNX Runtime logs)
- Fixed a harmless model-warning on the ChatGPT/gpt-5.5 path
- macOS (Apple Silicon) + Windows.
Version 0.1.21
2026-07-07
- ## Folders
- Group your notes into folders — perfect for keeping conversations organized by client, engagement, or project.
- **Move a note into a folder** — right-click any note → *Move to New Folder…* or pick an existing one (or *Remove from Folder*).
- **Filter by folder** — a folder selector in the Notes header lets you jump to any folder; the menu scrolls, so it stays tidy no matter how many folders you have.
- Folder membership travels with each note's metadata, so your notes stay put on disk and moves are instant.
- macOS (Apple Silicon) + Windows.

- ## Pandecho 0.1.12
- > ⚠️ **After updating, please fully quit and reopen Pandecho once.**
- > This release fixes a bug where the app could get stuck on the previous version after an update. Because the fix ships *in* this update, the old updater runs it one last time — a manual quit + reopen guarantees you're on 0.1.12. From here on, updates relaunch cleanly on their own.
- ### Fixes
- **Updater relaunch** — after installing an update, the app could stay on the old version with no window (the tray keep-alive was blocking the relaunch). Updates now restart cleanly.
- **Settings labels** — fixed garbled labels (e.g. "Start Pandecho at login", the "Share usage data" description) caused by a stale build cache.
