Turn a transcript into a summary

One click turns the raw transcript into a clean, structured summary. The AI runs on your laptop by default, so it works offline and nothing is uploaded.

Pandecho's “Enhance” step rewrites the transcript into a structured summary using an on-device LLM (Qwen 3.5, sized to your machine's memory). You can also opt into summaries from your own ChatGPT subscription — the local model stays the default. Pair it with templates to match your team's format.

In the app

1. Open a recorded meeting note.
2. Select the Summary tab, then click the refresh / enhance icon to generate (or regenerate) the summary.
3. Click Use template to apply a specific format (standup, 1-on-1, discovery, etc.).
4. Switch to the Memos tab to see or edit your raw notes anytime.
5. To use ChatGPT instead of the local model, connect it under Settings → Intelligence.

Ask your AI agent

Agents can read and rewrite the AI summary directly. Set this up once with the MCP guide, then try:
