Use note templates

Templates make every meeting summarize into the same structure — standups, 1-on-1s, interviews, discovery calls — instead of a generic wall of text.

A template defines the sections Pandecho should produce when it summarizes a meeting. Pick one per meeting type and your notes stay consistent across the team.

In the app

1. Open the Templates section from the left rail.
2. Use a built-in template or click to create a new one and define its sections.
3. In any meeting note, click Use template and choose the format.
4. Pandecho re-summarizes the transcript into that structure.

Ask your AI agent
